ROB MAADDI
A national media personality, bestselling author and dynamic speaker, Rob Maaddi has covered the NFL and Philadelphia sports full-time for The Associated Press since 2000. Rob is a sports talk-show host at 97.5 The Fanatic and the host and founder of the syndicated radio show “Faith On The Field” that originated on 610 ESPN Philly in April 2017.
Rob has written or co-written eight books, including Football Faith and Baseball Faith. His most recent release is Birds of Pray: The Story Of The Philadelphia Eagles’ Faith, Brotherhood, And Super Bowl Victory. Rob is a Major League Baseball Hall of Fame voter and past president of the Philadelphia chapter of the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.
Rob has appeared locally on NBC Sports Philadelphia and FOX 29 Good Day Philadelphia and nationally on CNN, ESPN, MSNBC, Sirius XM, FOX News and numerous other radio and television stations across the Unites States and Canada. His byline has appeared worldwide.
Rob and his wife, Remy, were breakout stars on WE tv’s first season of “Marriage Boot Camp” in 2013. They starred in the “Remy and Rob” spin-off before putting their television careers on hold following the birth of twin girls, Alexia and Melina, in August 2013.
A Philadelphia native, Rob received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers-Camden University and a Master of Journalism from Temple University. Rob is a member of the Deacons Prison Ministry softball team and his motto and sign-off is: “Make A Difference; Be A Blessing.”
