ABOUT JASON: Through 14 NFL seasons, Jason Witten has proved himself to be one of the top tight ends in NFL history and one of the most prolific pass catchers in Cowboys history. He is Dallas’ all-time receptions leader, surpassing Michael Irvin (750) in 2012, and ranked #2 in NFL history among tight ends with 1,089. His 11,888 yards are 2nd in Cowboys history 2nd overall in the history of the NFL among tight ends.

He has appeared in 10 Pro Bowls—including seven straight—the most ever by a Cowboys tight end. For his career, Witten the second-most 75-catch seasons (8), 80-catch seasons (6) and 90-catch seasons (4) in NFL tight end history. Witten has led the team in receptions eight times in his career.

During the 2016 season, Witten became 1 of 3 players in NFL history to catch 60+ passes in 13 consecutive seasons, joining Jerry Rice and Tony Gonzalez as the only players to ever accomplish such a feat. Witten currently sits at #7 on the list of most receptions in the history of the National Football League.
